HOW THEY WORK
2/4
WORKSHOPS
HALF-DAY IMMERSION

Participants will complete workshops in a half-day immersion experience, exploring biblical and practical ideas that will result in focused next steps.

Workshop attendees will engage with speakers and topics through guided small groups. Through activities, interactive sessions, and resources, workshops will challenge participants to reevaluate ministry within the church and vocational discernment within the workplace or after graduation.

Participants will experience one-on-one collaboration between pastors, selected leaders from their congregations, and our workshop facilitators, or group sessions with a larger number of congregants designed to curate thoughtful and relevant discussion and application. Some workshops will include companion books.

[ 1 ] WORKED UP: NAVIGATING CALLING AFTER COLLEGE

Give your students an interactive way to connect with a deeper theology of faith, work, and calling.

DESCRIPTION

Students will have the opportunity to think through the Bible in terms of the four chapter story, dispel several myths about work, engage in small group discussions, and use guided activities to help them discern career and calling. With students expressing more anxiety about work than ever before, establishing this biblical framework has never been more important to vocational discipleship.

Made to Flourish is committed to serving pastors, local churches, and Christian college and high school students, in particular, through these workshops. We know time is limited, so we developed these workshops to accommodate busy lives and schedules. Our hope is to empower participants to walk away with more confidence and practical tools to use in their personal and professional lives as Christians.
