Hillcrest Bible Church in Oregon, WI is searching for a pastor in residence that will serve our adult population by joining the pastoral team in building a community who is experiencing the ultimate joy that comes from fellowship with God, with the church family, and with those who are yet to believe. The heart and mission of the residency is to prepare the next generation of pastors for our secular age and accomplish this through four areas of emphasis: practical training, theological development, spiritual formation, and ministry philosophy.
