Program overview
The Pastoral Resident for Lakeside Christian Church is responsible to carry out the
church’s mission through a wide range of potential ministry opportunities, with the
objective of equipping the pastoral resident for life-long service in a local church.
Specific tasks would be suited for the resident’s gifts, abilities, and eventual ministry
focus. Multiple opportunities for mentorship will be made available. This is a full-time
position for a length of two years, after which leadership will help the pastoral resident
find permanent employment in a local church or ministry context.
