What if the local church was the heartbeat of the community? God gave us a dream to build a place to gather that will bless the neighborhoods, schools, and families around us. LifeSpring Community Church uses a community development approach to ministry that is helping us to achieve our vision: Gospel, Gather, Go!
LifeSpring is intentional about living out & sharing the greatest message, growing together and caring for one another in community. In that community we prepare disciples to go, across the street or around the world. Our pastoral residency program is an extension of that vision.

Program overview
LifeSpring is an EFCA church that uses a community development approach to ministry. Residents will learn more about that approach through hands on exposure. Throughout its history LifeSpring has seen a large number of individuals and families come to saving faith in Jesus. Residents will learn how to speak and preach in a way that is faithful to the gospel, theologically rich and yet winsome for those who are not-yet followers of Christ. LifeSpring has been involved in helping get church plants started. This may be an emphasis for interested residents.
