New Song Community Church is a historical multi-cultural church in what some might call a 'hard core' inner city community. A key value our ours is love and serve people through our own sense of brokenness. It is our desire as ambassadors of Christ to build significant immersive relationships between the members of New Song, and the places they live, work, worship, and play.

Program overview
The Pastoral Resident at NSCC will engage in experiential learning to develop practical ministry skills in a supportive environment. The pastoral resident must have a non-negotiable focus on community engagement, mentorship, and immersion in church life to prepare for a future pastoral position in urban settings. Residents will work closely with church leadership, staff, and members to foster spiritual growth, discipleship, and community integration.
