Introduction
Our DNA is centered around teaching and preaching a robust "four chapter" gospel, pursuing holistic (intellectual, emotional, and behavioral) spiritual formation into the Image of Christ, and serving as a "teaching hospital" where people can both be ministered to and equipped to minister. We have 8 elders, two staggered residency slots, and a number of interns, meaning that pastoral ministry and training with us is very much a team experience.

Program overview
We have two slots on a staggered rotation so that a new resident starts every 18 months. Our residency includes a congregational ordination process, a wide range of ministerial leadership opportunities and experiences, regular access to continuing education opportunities through partnership organizations like TGC and RTS Orlando, and close connection to a wide range of other local churches with MTF residencies through the Orlando Flourish Network. In general, we aim to have one of our two residency slots aimed at church planting in the greater Orlando area.
