St. Andrew's Anglican Church

Introduction
St. Andrew's is a community of God's grace and healing. Founded 26 years ago, we are a "three-stream" expression of Anglicanism, with people from all kinds of backgrounds gathering around the Scriptures, the Spirit, and the Sacraments. We were the first Anglican church in the US to serve under international bishops. Today we have three different services and around 700 people worship with us weekly. We are growing and working to make sure that numeric growth does not eclipse our growth in the work of discipleship. We have a healthy staff with very low turnover. We are welcoming and safe.

Program overview
In addition to our three staff clergy, St. Andrew's has numerous ordained Anglican clergy attending who represent a wide range of callings and experience that our residents will have the chance to draw on. Our residents will be a part of a cohort with residents from 3 other Anglican churches that we are partnering with to deepen the residency experience. We are a medium sized church, which allows us to remain highly relational, but resourced enough to have a wide impact. We are very engaged in our community. We operate a church planting residency that our residents will have access to, and we hope to help some of our residents plant churches.
