The Grove Church is Jesus-ruled, elder-led, deacon-served, and congregationally-guarded. Our mission is to make disciples who know, treasure, and obey Christ. Program overview
The Pastoral Residency Program at The Grove is a 24 to 36 month hands-on ministry training experience for men pursuing vocational ministry. Whether aspiring to plant a church, serve as a Lead Pastor, or take on an Associate Pastor role, residents will receive practical training and mentorship to help clarify their calling.
Residents will have opportunities to lead and oversee specific ministries based on their gifting and the church’s needs, engage in theological reading and writing, and learn through direct observation of the pastoral staff and elders.
