Introduction
We are multigenerational church glorifying God by helping people to know Jesus personally, to follow Him completely and to make Him known broadly. Though small (approx. 100 in worship attendance), we are a gospel presence in our workplaces, neighborhoods, and in the broader community through our Food Shelf, Kids Camp, and other outreach efforts.

Program overview
Through a two-year Pastoral Residency program, a qualified man aspiring to the role of lead/solo pastor (in another church) will gain needed ministry experience and mentoring. The resident will experience the responsibilities of a solo pastor ministering in the church as well as in the community of a small town in New England. By the end of two years the resident will be exposed to the full range of experiences in the life and ministry of a pastor.
